Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. They will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
