Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and reporting and tracking defects.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing test plans and test cases for software products
• Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing on software products
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and issues through to resolution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user requirements and specifications
• Continuously improving and refining the QA process to enhance the quality and efficiency of software testing
• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven work experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience in manual and automated testing, as well as performance testing
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
