Do patients need to install an app?
No. It is a website, not an app. Asking somebody to install an app to read one blood report is how portals end up unused.
Can a son book for his mother?
Yes, from the same login where the family shares one, or by phone exactly as before. Most bookings here are made by a son or a daughter, and it is built expecting that.
Does it show the bill?
Yes, what was billed and what is outstanding. It removes the call the front desk finds hardest to answer politely during a morning rush.
Can patients see everything the doctor wrote?
Only what you publish. Most hospitals publish reports and prescriptions and keep clinical notes internal, and the setting is per document type.
