By weekday, which is the useful cut
A hospital is not the same place on Monday as it is on Thursday. The OPD count by weekday and by session tells you where the second front desk person should stand. It also shows which consultant’s hours were set wrong two years ago and never revisited.
Occupancy beside length of stay
A ward that is always full and a ward where people stay too long look identical from the corridor. Side by side on a report they stop looking alike, and that is usually the first number an owner wishes he had seen sooner.
It reports what was entered
A procedure done and not recorded is, as far as any report is concerned, a procedure that did not happen. If the ward writes on paper and enters it on Friday, Friday is when the numbers become true.

Can I see today’s collection from home?
Yes, over the web, on whatever screen is to hand. The day’s OPD count and collections read fine on a phone, without anybody photographing a register for you.
Can we export to Excel?
Yes. Accounts usually wants the file, because the monthly working ends up in a spreadsheet whatever anybody intends at the start.
Can we get a report that is not on the list?
Usually. A report built from what is already recorded is a small job. One that needs a field nobody captures is a bigger conversation, and we will tell you which of the two it is.
Does it forecast next month’s patient numbers?
No. It shows what happened. Predicting your OPD from your own history is a project in itself, and selling it as a feature on this page would be dishonest.
