A room shows as full. Walk up and one bed in it has been empty since a boy left on the 3rd without telling anybody. Counted by room, your PG looks healthy. Counted by bed, you are carrying eight empty places.

A triple-sharing room is three beds. Each one shows who is in it, from which date, at what rent.

Rate follows the room type and the block, so a bed upstairs is not quietly let at the old building’s rent.

Empty since when
A bed that has been free for forty days is visible as that, rather than as one of the eight in a number.
Vacated, cleaned, then free
A bed does not go back on the list the moment somebody leaves. It goes through cleaning first, and shows as free when the room is actually ready. Beds sitting idle because nobody knew they had come free is the leak this closes.
Changing the building is a change request
Add a floor, convert two doubles into triples, take over the house next door and the structure is edited for you by our team. It is not a drag-and-drop floor plan and it does not draw your building. What it holds is the list of beds you actually sell.
Frequently asked questions
Can one room have different rents for different beds?
Yes. The window bed often goes for more, and in ladies’ PGs the lower bunk usually does. Each bed carries its own rate.
We have three properties. Is it one screen or three?
One. Occupancy reads across every property, and you can also look at a single building when the warden rings about it.
Can we mark a bed as not available?
Yes, for a room under repair or one you keep for yourself. It stops appearing as free, so nobody is promised it.
